Cheers to a 4-day work week!
I just need to get the ball rollin’ on a few odds n’ ends and we are ready for Christmas.
This past weekend included another power vinyasa class on Friday at Yoga at the Force and a 3-mile “barefoot” treadmill run on Saturday. Sunday was my rest day. I am fully aware I have not run outside since my half, which was November 20. I am also fully aware I have no running plan in place right now.
I’m just doing what I’m doing, and trying to stay active nearly every day. Hopefully soon, when sugar plums and other holiday treats are no longer dancing in my head, I’ll come up with some type of actual workout plan. Here’s the weekend treats in photos…
Friday Night: Mulled Wine (spice of life) and viewing of The Hangover 2

Saturday Morning: Homemade Vietnamese Coffee
Saturday Night: FREE Mitchell’s Ice Cream, I chose a Peanut Butter Fudge Sundae with Butter Pecan Ice Cream, and a viewing of Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (Recommended!)
